A little about me
I am a lifelong Kentuckian, who can’t imagine being anyplace else! My midwestern parents were transferred to the Bluegrass Army Depot during World War 2 and never left. The natural beauty of Kentucky along with the mild four-season weather make it the ideal location to enjoy raising a family. I am a Zoology graduate from the University of Kentucky and obtained my Real Estate license in 1979. I spent several years managing my own Real Estate office, but missed the excitement of helping people find their own home. When I realized this was what I enjoyed most, I went back to the sales side of Real Estate, in order to help as many people as possible find their home. The thrill in people’s eyes, when they find the home that matches their financial needs and affords them the opportunity to enjoy their everyday living is unparalleled in the business world. A closing table is such a happy place! I have assisted several builders in marketing their homes, which has given me a working knowledge of construction. This has been helpful to buyers, whether they prefer new or existing homes. I find many buyers are surprised at my approach of not only pointing out the benefits of a particular property but also making them aware of its shortcomings. I want my customers to enter a transaction with eyes wide open and aware of all the possibilities of any given property they are considering. I was blessed to marry my college sweetheart and father two daughters with her. Although widowed at an early age, I always catch glimpses of their mother in both my daughters' smiles and actions. We are so fortunate to be Kentuckians! Call or text me 859-321-7752 Jeff.
