She opened this one up and it goes all the way on through to the other side. And it’s got to be at least six or seven feet square. It’s bigger than I am, and I’m almost 60 miles. I’ll show you this right away. OK. First of all, you got a half bath here. And then we have the garage, which is the ultimate man cave. She shed they’ve got they’ve got a pool table. They’ve got some other kind of table. They got shuffleboard here. Ken and I are going to buy that from a lady. If you don’t buy it and we’re goanna put it in our basement. And where we drink beer, they’ve got a little far over here because we drink copious amounts of beer. That’s not true. We don’t drink that much beer. And they get a bar here for you to sit at and they move some things around. That bar used to be over here anyway.
[00:05:04] It’s just like a game room or turn back into Groesch. Heck, man, I’d put a little heater out here. Rock and roll. So we had the big kitchen with all that cabinetry and then a dream pantry that. Nice. Is that Laundry room, tile floor? They’re set up, man. Don, what now? He’s back yard in the woods. You know, nobody’s going to be building back there. It’s going to be just for the deer to frolic and romp around. That’s right. A lot of pretty views in this house. It’s decorated well and I love the character and the floor. Called rusted angry as opposed to am I clear? You know what’s clear?
[00:06:06] So this is our all season room or three season room, I’m not sure. Check with Ken. If I see a heater out here, I’m going to proclaim is all season. If we don’t see a heater out here, then we’re goanna proclaim it as a three season room. And we do have a little heater out here. It’s not central heat, but you get the idea. This goes right into the master bedroom. And this goes out and this goes out to the barbecue joint right there. So what’s this got that. No other sunroom I’ve ever seen has. First of all, it’s 2000 feet long. It goes you know, it’s like a 6 10 assuming these are six. So six, 12, 18, 24 plus a little bit. And then another 6, 12, 18. I don’t know, it’s so it’s like 20 for one way and maybe 20 the other way.
[00:07:04] Each one of these doors I mean, each one of these windows is a door. So you can open that up and jump out. It’s a full twelve inches down there. But for you, put your screen in and you’ll have the greatest breeze of all. Sit here and watch the deer come. There’s deer and turkey everywhere. I will assure you that this is deer country, baby. All right. Back in. Sure. The retinol house. These doors, by the way, are for going downstairs, and I’ll show you that, because it’s multi-generational. There is a whole apartment downstairs. So here’s the master and the closet.
[00:08:02] Full walk in. I mean, very walked in, almost drive in as a joke. You don’t have to laugh. And then this is about as swanky as it gets. Tile, Vessel sinks, glass, pewter faucets. Jet tub and walk in shower. And it’s big enough for several people. Depends on how much you’ve had to drink. Just kidding. Look at that. How cool is that? I mean, there’s a lot of stuff in this house, five acres and you’re right at about 300. So we got to ask Ken what the current price is on us. You get a lot for your money. First of all, you’re getting.

Another full bath area. Another bedroom up here. So there’s like three bedrooms upstairs, one downstairs, the master and there’s one in the basement too.
