[00:00:00] So the first thing we do when we pull up to a neighborhood is we look at the neighborhood. That makes sense, right? Not going to show the garbage can there. They just cleaned up. They’re ready to go. They’re ready to show this property to you. If you’ve got cars parked on the front lawn, that’s not going to help the value of the neighborhood. Right. We just look around. Good neighborhood, solid if you want to know what it’s like. Come out here on a Saturday. People mowing the grass, trimming the trees and get ready for barbecues. You’re just a couple miles to Wal-Mart Supercenter. Couple of miles to town. This is in its own little town. Now, the address is Stanford, and I’ll give you the price right away because thereby complains about price. It does matter with prices today. It could be much less. Could be more next time when you see this might be 5 years old and it’s going to be more. But anyway, they’re asking a hundred a quarter that it’s going to put your payments about $600 a month. You need about $60, $80 a month for taxes, $50 a month for insurance. And where are you there? Plus, an 800 bucks a month. You can’t rent this for. That’s going to be a thousand or twelve hundred dollars a month to rent this. Why rent when we can get you most likely you zero down loan. Hundred percent financed with a USDA like a good loan.

[00:01:08] Not like a weirdo loan or anything like that. Not one of those surprises. You know, balloons are pretty when they’re full and they’re also shiny and good colors like little kids like him, too. But what happens when you pop it? Oh, it’s very frightening. So stay away from a balloon loan. This would be a zero down, 30 year fixed government loan. A lot of people qualify for it anyway. If I get a hundred some finance, I’d be delighted. Before I even start, I want you to like and subscribe scribed buttons right down there. And they hit the little bell. You like ding Ling-Ling. And it will get you a notification every time I get a new video. I really enjoy these videos. I get a lot of joy out of making these for you guys. All right. Let’s talk about the house. Here you go. Yeah, 3 bedrooms, 2 bath brick and got a carport, a big driveway, paved driveway. And you got enough room for one more car here, one on the side and three.

[00:01:56] And you could actually put another one here. Anyway, there’s the neighborhood. Enough jabber on about that. Let’s go inside the house. That’s what you want to see. What do we see here that you need to know about? Obviously, they got a window air, which means they don’t have central air. Not a problem. You put that in easily. You can even have can negotiate something for you, maybe help get you what you want. This is fine, too. It’s a lot cheaper to run. It’s got a fenced in backyard. All chain link. That’s fantastic. Cause it lasts forever and it’s new in the front. There you’ve got a lawn mower entrance one over here. I don’t know if you get your truck back there or not, but definitely a lawn mower entrance one there and then a walk one here. It’s maybe 3 and a half, 4 feet. So that’s good. Certainly big enough for, you know, bringing in a new grill or whatever. You got to have your priorities straight. Don’t worry about them lawnmowers. Worry about the grill and a cooler full of beer. It’s a beautiful summer day and it is a glorious morning in Kentucky. And I get to show you this cool house. Hope you like it. It’s close to everything. It’s gone in.

[00:02:58] Double doors in the front. I don’t know what you call them, French doors. I guess they open up. Open up. You called French. And why do the French always have the best stuff? Why is it French doors, French vanilla, French launch Ouray? Why are they so fancy? And who figured all that stuff out, too? It’s like, oh, that’s very nice. It must be French. Check out this TV. Well, that’s skinnier than my first girlfriend. What’s that all about? Wow, that’s pretty cool living room, right? Extra wide door here. It’s got to be at least 5 feet coat closet. The dreaded coat closet. This is nice. She got a home office here. Dining room. And then you’re ready for this. A side by side refrigerator. The jokes won’t get any better, but that’s really funny. You got plenty room for a real big refrigerator there. Now, let me tell you, if you got two refrigerators, these things better be Chuck.

[00:03:55] There is nothing in there and there’s nothing in there. What’s wrong with these people? This what I like. I like the Home Office and the bar. How cute is that cute little bar neon? Let’s get one of them. Really nice kitchen. Big Scott. The soft lights. You’re never standing in your own shadow. That’s kind of nice. Side by side refrigerator. You will have some never going to let these people live this down. I know these people. So of course, I could bust on them. It’s my job. It’s what I do. I assume this is the water heater in here. It’s got a roof that’s just 10 years old. You say, oh, just 10 years old. Yeah, but these roofs today are like 30, 35-year shingles. So you don’t have to worry about that for a long time. And it’s brick all no maintenance on the outside. I’m going to show you the backyard, which is ample. Those are words that realtors like to use Ample.

[00:04:55] The ample kitchen, the spacious, backyard, spacious. What does that mean? Is it big or what? It’s got a lot of space. Got a little space. It’s spacious. Makes no sense to me anyway. This is plenty big sized backyard for all the important things. Fire pit in the grill in a shed. Very good taste in Berlin, by the way. You know, we’re in Kentucky Bourbon Country. This bathroom is what we say, petite, cozy. In other words, you have to step outside to change your mind. This is definitely a bathroom. That’s all yours. You’ll be there. Then you’ll be there. Then you being here. But two of you can’t be in here at the same time. But it’s cute. Everything is a really good shape. If you look around like I’m picky, so I get it in here and I start looking around and trying to nitpick it all apart. I got that from my mother being nitpicky.

[00:05:52] You know what? It’s OK to be picky about things. Why not? I want to know what needs to be done if I move in. You know, like everything’s clean. There’s no cracks, no nothing. It’s like pretty nice. This is kind of fun. Get the kid thing here. SCHIRACH Obviously a girl. Yes, I’m being successes’. You got the desk and then the bunk up top. Very fun. And I really like this. I think that’s very cool. It’s the spider web. See big double closet there. An ample collection of teddy bears on the spacious shelf that goes around now. Now I’m just dog and realtors just for True fant anyway. Got a closet here at the end. Nice. And then the jack room, we just saw the Jill room. You know, it’s the Jack room.

[00:06:51] This is nice sized, good sized bedroom. Everything’s good quality. And then the master boudoir yet again, a French word because it’s special. We obviously have a day sleeper here, second shift people, you understand we’re talking about third shift people. You get it, I get it. Much bigger bathroom, nice size, nice size full shower. You get all your stuff room for your stuff there. Mike’s window to outside so you can open it up and hear the birds chirping in the morning while you get ready. That’s nice. Hey, what’s going on outside? This is the most important part for me. You’re real close to the kitchen here. See, Get your steaks right. Ready, your hamburgers, whatever. You got the grill here. Maybe you got a smoker there, too. Plenty of room for pool plenty.

[00:08:01] Yeah. Oh, this opens up double here. It’s a double truck. So one for one. One side for your lower. Two sides for your pickup truck or a moving truck or whatever. Largest tree on earth. It is a huge maple and it goes way on up. And then there’s some other trees over there that looks like another maple. We got a pine tree and another maple who got lots and lots of beautiful maples. I bet it looks glorious in the fall. Seriously, though, I’m going to walk back here to show you how big the lawn is, how big the backyard is. See what I mean about all new chain-link fence? It’s all new. Now, I don’t know if it’s 5 years old, 10 years old. You can never tell the stuff because it lasts forever. And you go, it’s big. I mean, it’s got to be at least 80 feet here. I’ll measure on Google Earth and see if I can come up with a good number. It’s more than 70 feet, less than 100. Plenty room for like all kinds of stuff. Back here, what would you do with it?

[00:09:01] Please tell me in the comments below what you do with this backyard to make it your oasis so that you could have like a staycation, right? That’s what we do. We have like nice stuff in our instead of going to spend a thousand dollars for a weekend or $5000 for a week flying somewhere. We’ll spend a couple hundred bucks on a new grill or something fun like that to make it extra nice for us and for our guests and our family. Yeah. Yeah. You go travel. I get it. I know. I know. Would you do me a favor? Tell me what you would do with this carport. Would you use it as a carport? Or would you. Would your box it in? 1,2,3 walls. And you’d have another like a whole living room out here or maybe a music room or something like that. Also, don’t forget to subscribe, the subscribe button right down there and hit the little bell for notifications so that you get notified when we get new video.

[00:09:53] I know it’s been a long time since I’ve had a video. I’ve been working hard. We’ve been busting our butts. Just haven’t had time for videos. But I know you like them and I love doing them actually to. Let’s go out and look. When that happens. I wonder what that beeping was. Well, if they got rid of the garbage in the garbage can. That guy’s a good back rubber.
